为了解决当前谷物成分近红外检测仪结构复杂和价格昂贵等问题,设计了一款以发光二极管作为光源,Pb S型光敏电阻为探测器的8波长便携式的谷物成分近红外检测仪。通过对仪器性能的试验表明:仪器光学系统工作稳定,具有较高的精度,蛋白质含量的真实值和预测值相关性较高,可用于快速在线检测谷物的蛋白质、淀粉和脂肪等成分。该仪器具有结构简单、体积小、操作方便和成本低等优点,适合在谷物的收购、加工和流通等环节应用。
In order to solve the problems of complex and expensive current near infrared detector of grain composition, a 8-wavelength portable grain component near-infrared detector with light-emitting diode as light source and Pb S-type photo resistor as detector was designed. The test of the instrument performance shows that the optical system of the instrument is stable and has high precision. The true value of the protein content has a high correlation with the predicted value, and can be used to quickly and online detect the protein, starch, fat and other components of cereals. The instrument has the advantages of simple structure, small size, convenient operation and low cost, and is suitable for the application of cereal acquisition, processing and circulation.
