中拍协2014年行业宣传工作会决定:在连续三年组织全国拍卖咨询服务周活动的基础上,今年继续在全国范围内组织开展“全国拍卖咨询服务周”活动,以进一步普及拍卖知识,增进社会各方面对拍卖行业的了解,扩大机动车、艺术品、农产品、民品等社会委托拍卖业务的社会宣传。中拍协要求各省(区、市)拍卖行业协会组织辖区内拍卖企业、从业人员积极参与,共同努力,做好以“拍卖进社区”为主题的宣传活动,把一年一度的“咨询服务周”打造成为行业宣传工作的品牌活动。黑龙江、四川、安徽、江西、福建、陕西、河南、广东、江苏等省积极响应,在第一时间内拟定出活动方案
