激光弯曲成形是一种新型金属板材柔性成形方法。利用正交试验法理论对航空航天用铝-锂合金AA2090薄板激光弯曲成形进行试验设计和优化;通过对试验结果的计算和分析,得出四个与激光能量有关的工艺参数对铝-锂合金薄板激光弯曲成形影响的主次顺序为:激光功率、扫描速度、扫描次数、光斑直径;同时得出了最优工艺参数组合。对所得的最优工艺参数组合进行了试验验证。
Laser Bending Forming is a new type of flexible forming method of sheet metal. The experimental design and optimization of the laser bending of aluminum-lithium alloy AA2090 sheet for aerospace are carried out by using the orthogonal experimental method theory. Through the calculation and analysis of the experimental results, it is concluded that the four laser- The primary and secondary order of laser beam bending forming influence is laser power, scanning speed, number of scanning and spot diameter. At the same time, the optimal combination of process parameters is obtained. The optimum process parameters were obtained from the experimental verification.
