目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定别嘌醇片含量的方法。方法:采用Shim-pack C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(75:25:0.2),检测波长为251 nm;流速为1 ml·min-1。结果:别嘌醇浓度在8~72μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.5%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为别嘌醇片的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of allopurinol tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Shim-pack C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) analytical column was used with methanol-water-acetic acid (75:25: 0.2) mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 251 nm and a flow rate of 1 ml · Min-1. Results: The concentration of allopurinol showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 8 ~ 72μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.3% with a RSD of 1.5% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a method for the determination of allopurinol tablets.
