太极拳的开裆,实际上是指松档,而不是指两腿向外分形成的分裆。分是横力,违扭自然;松是舒松,顺应自然。太极拳以松柔为法,研究遍体的松柔完整,松贯穿周身,裆也应该松,裆松开了,就是开裆,也是圆裆。若故意使意使力求其“开”,求其“圆”,恐非太极拳自然放松之道。 松裆的方法,一是靠思想意识的作用。思想上想着裆胯一带舒松,意之所到,裆即松开。裆胯既要舒展,又要松开,意识上想着向下舒松,便起到了松裆的重要作用。二是靠节节贯串的柔动锻炼。
