通过试验对比分析了超级双相钢SAF2507带极堆焊层焊态和焊后热处理试样的力学性能和耐点腐蚀性能,探讨了经焊后热处理后堆焊层中σ相的析出行为。结果表明,经焊后热处理的堆焊层铁素体相上析出了弥散分布的有害相σ相,σ相硬而脆,严重降低堆焊试样的低温(-40℃)冲击性能,同时σ相周围的贫铬贫钼区容易发生点蚀从而导致带极堆焊层耐腐蚀性能变差。因此SAF2507钢带极堆焊层应避免在600~900℃进行焊后热处理。
The mechanical properties and the pitting corrosion resistance of SAF2507 welded submerged-welded layer welded and post-weld heat-treated specimens were comparatively analyzed through experiments, and the precipitation behavior of σ phase in the surfacing layer after the post-weld heat treatment was discussed. The results show that the phase of dispersed phase is precipitated on the ferrite phase of the surfacing layer after heat treatment, the σ phase is hard and brittle, which seriously reduces the low temperature (-40 ℃) impact resistance of the surfacing specimen and σ Pitting around the poor area of poor molybdenum molybdenum pitting corrosion prone to lead with a deterioration of corrosion resistance. SAF2507 steel overburden layer should avoid post-weld heat treatment at 600 ~ 900 ℃.
