本文主要论述以测量空气相对湿度为主的DWS—P型温度湿度传感器。它以氯化锂电阻式感湿元件和热敏电阻感温元件组合而成,具有反应灵敏,性能稳定,精度高等优点。文中除介绍该传感器的工作原理外,着重阐述非线性传感元件的线性化技术在本传感器上的应用所取得的良好效果。并以严格的实验数据论证了该传感器的主要性能及其达到的主要技术指标。
This paper mainly discusses to measure the relative humidity of air-based DWS-P temperature and humidity sensor. It is a combination of lithium chloride resistive sensor and thermistor temperature sensing element, which has the advantages of responsiveness, stable performance and high accuracy. In addition to introducing the working principle of the sensor, this article focuses on the good effect of the linearization of the nonlinear sensing element on the sensor. The main performance of the sensor and its main technical indexes are demonstrated with rigorous experimental data.
