本文对微波解离Cl_2产生Cl,与HN_3/He的混合气体反应产生的激发态粒子NCl(a~1△)和NCl(b~1∑)进行了实验研究。对NCl(a~1△)和NCl(b~1∑)的荧光光谱进行了测量并对光谱强度沿气流方向的变化趋势以及依赖几种不同气体流量和配比的变化关系进行了研究。给出了NCl(a~1△)和NCl(b~1∑)产生的最佳实验参数及配比关系,并对结果做了讨论.
In this paper, the excited state particles NCl (a ~ 1 △) and NCl (b ~ 1Σ) produced by the microwave dissociation of Cl 2 and HN 3 He mixed gases were studied. The fluorescence spectra of NCl (a ~ 1 △) and NCl (b ~ 1Σ) were measured and the relationship between the spectral intensity along the gas flow direction and the dependence of several different gas flow rates and the ratio was studied. The best experiment parameters and proportioning relationship between NCl (a ~ 1 △) and NCl (b ~ 1Σ) are given, and the results are discussed.
