The issue of sustainable forest management has drawn more and more attention from countries. However, due to the lack of supporting forestry financing mechanism in forestry, the innovation of forestry financing channels and Diversification has become a common issue for all nations. This article analyzes and compares international commercial forestry financing models including forestland investment, forestry investment funds and securitization of forest assets, and sums up its theoretical and practical experience so as to provide enlightenment and reference for further expanding our country’s forestry commercial financing channels.
