维亚康姆和哥伦比亚广播公司(CBS)从谷歌(Google)的 YouTube网站中撤销发布视频。近日,美国电影艺术与科学学会也要求从YouTube 上撤下部分奥斯卡颁奖视频。谷歌广播广告及印刷广告的销售工作进行得不尽如人意。问题何在?简单说来,是因为传统媒体环境太过复杂。虽然谷歌资源丰富,能与众多媒体公司建立重大合作,但同时它还要应对很多棘手情况,包括合作者在意的知识产权问题、广告模式冲突问题等。与类似 CBS 这样的电视网络公司签订合作协议仅是第一步,而如何与之进行整体合作则是另一回事。
Viacom and CBS withdraw their video from Google’s YouTube site. Recently, the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has also called for the withdrawal of some Oscars videos from YouTube. Sales of Google radio ads and print ads have not worked out well. The problem? In simple terms, because the traditional media environment is too complicated. Although Google is rich in resources, with major media companies to establish major cooperation, but it also has to deal with many difficult situations, including partners care about intellectual property issues, advertising model conflicts and so on. Signing a partnership agreement with a television network company like CBS is only the first step and how to work with it as a whole is another matter.
