红树林是陆地向海洋过渡的处于潮间带环境的特殊生态系统,具有极其丰富的生物多样性,多年来一直是微生物资源学领域的关注热点[1-3]。本刊于2014年第2期刊登了崔莹、黄惠琴、鲍时翔等的论文“八门湾红树林土壤芽胞杆菌分离与多样性分析”[4]。作者对位于海南省清澜港红树林自然保护区的八门湾红树林土壤中的可培养芽胞杆菌资源多样性进行了调查,分离的155株芽胞杆菌分属21个遗传类群,显示了较为丰富的遗传多样性。作者同时发现8株菌的16S r RNA基因序列与数据库中相应模式菌株的最大相似性在95.1%-99.0%之间,为潜在的新种资源。该文刊出后受到广泛关注,在一年多的时间内被他引4次,在中国知网(CNKI)上被全文下载98次。作者最近进一步基于红树林不同生境,利用可培养技术又分离到了210株放线菌和257株真菌[5],并利用高通量测序技术对其中的细菌及放线菌、古菌和真菌多样性进行了研究。分别在纲水平上共探测到23个细菌类群、22个古菌类群、15个真菌类群;在目水平上共探测到12个放线菌类群,并分析了不同类群在5种生境中的分布特征。此外,通过对所分离微生物菌株的进一步研究,已经确定了3个微生物新种[6],并筛选获得了一批具有杀虫、抗菌、细胞毒、纤维素酶等活性的菌株,正在开展进一步开发利用研究。

Recently, the authors further isolated 210 actinomycetes and 257 fungi using culturable techniques based on different habitats of mangrove forests [5], and used high-throughput sequencing to detect the diversity of bacteria, actinomycetes, archaea and fungi Sexuality has been studied. A total of 23 bacterial groups, 22 archaeal groups and 15 fungal groups were detected at the level of Gang respectively.
