目的 从叮咬人后的蚊子体内血中得到被叮咬者的DNA分型。 方法 Chelex10 0法提取叮咬人后的蚊子血DNA ,PowerPlex 16试剂盒和Identifiler试剂盒扩增DNA。 结果蚊子血中可成功检测出被叮咬人的DNA基因型。 结论 可从蚊子血中检测到被叮咬人的DNA数据 ,结果稳定性好。两种试剂盒的联合应用 ,可大大提高检测的准确率和可靠性 ,对实际检案具有很大帮助。
Objective To obtain DNA typing of bites from the blood of mosquitoes after bites. Methods The Chelex10 method was used to extract DNA from mosquitoes after bite, PowerPlex 16 and Identifiler were used to amplify DNA. Results The genomic DNA of the bites was successfully detected in mosquito blood. Conclusion DNA from bites can be detected from the blood of mosquitoes, and the result is good stability. The combination of the two kits can greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of the test, which is of great help to the actual test.
