目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流在急性砷化氢中毒患者中的治疗作用。方法 11例急性砷化氢中毒患者在给予输血、保肝、预防感染、激素及营养支持治疗基础上进行血液透析(HD)联合血液灌流(HP)治疗,观察其尿砷、肾功能、溶血等指标变化。结果 11例患者中4例轻度急性砷化氢中毒患者经HD+HP治疗3次后痊愈,7例重度急性砷化氢中毒患者中5例经HD+HP治疗10～15次后痊愈,2例因多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论 HD联合HP治疗急性砷化氢中毒有较好的疗效,可清除砷及其复合物,改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on acute arsine poisoning. Methods Eleven patients with acute arsine poisoning were treated with hemodialysis (HD) combined with hemoperfusion (HP) on the basis of blood transfusion, hepatoprotection, prevention of infection, steroid and nutritional support. The urinary arsenic, renal function, hemolysis Indicator changes. Results Of the 11 patients, 4 patients with mild acute arsine poisoning were cured by HD + HP three times, and 5 of 7 patients with severe acute arsine poisoning were cured by HD + HP 10 to 15 times. 2 Cases due to multiple organ failure. Conclusions HD combined with HP has good curative effect on acute arsine poisoning, which can remove arsenic and its complex and improve prognosis.
