介入化疗栓塞术是许多中晚期恶性肿瘤的有效治疗方法。米西宁 (ｍｉｔｏｘａｎｔｒｏｎｅ ,ＭＴＺ)为化学合成的蒽环类抗肿瘤药 ,属细胞周期非特异性药物 ,通过嵌入ＤＮＡ抑制核酸合成而发挥抗肿瘤作用。现用米西宁注射液 (四川升和制药厂 )介入治疗中晚期肝癌 30例 ,疗效好。1
