建筑业通过近20年的发展,工程项目造价管理作为项目管理核心模块之一,与之前相比发生了根本性的变化,即:由过去的事中、事后控制,逐步发展到目前的事前、事中、事后贯穿工程项目始末的全过程控制;由过去计划经济的定额计价模式,发展到现在市场化的工程量清单计价模式。经理念转变及技术手段的更新,工程造价专业人员通过前期介入、设计优化、方案比选、限额设计等方法,有效地控制了项目投资,在建设领域体现出了显著的经济价值。
