新疆维吾尔自治区是我国最为著名的一个内陆干旱地区。气候干燥,降雨稀少,因此水资源对新疆工农业生产及城市建设的发展起着重要的制约作用。根据有关资料统计,新疆的地面水资源年平均迳流量约为880多亿m~3,除去流出国外的羌塘地区的尚不能进行开发利用外。近期可开发利用的地面水共约620多亿m~3。目前已经开发利用的地面水共约460多亿m~3,已约占近期可开发利用地面水的75%,剩余的160亿m~3地面水还须考虑维护生态的需要,因此从地面水资源开发利用的潜力来看,已明显地应转移到节水工作上来。
Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region is one of the most famous inland arid areas in China. Due to the dry climate and scarce rainfall, water resources play an important role in restricting the development of industrial and agricultural production and urban construction in Xinjiang. According to relevant statistics, the annual average flow of surface water resources in Xinjiang is about 880 billion m ~ 3, except for those that can not be exploited and utilized in the Qiangtang areas that flow out of the country. Recent development and utilization of surface water a total of about 62000000000 m ~ 3. At present, about 46 billion m 3 of groundwater have been developed and utilized, accounting for about 75% of the groundwater that can be exploited in the near future. The remaining 16 billion m 3 of groundwater must also consider the need of ecological preservation. Therefore, From the potential of resource development and utilization, it has obviously been transferred to water-saving work.
