尖岗水库位于郑州市地势较高的西南部,贾鲁河干流的上游,控制流域面积113 km2,是郑州头上的一盆水。尖岗水库流域面积较小,由于地理位置特殊,地面和河道坡降大,造成汇流时间短,来势猛的特点。尖岗水文站的中长期洪水预报关系到尖岗水库防汛调度安全和郑州市人民的生命财产安全。通过用统计学方法结合气象学、水文学和水文中长期预报、计算机相关知识,对尖岗水文站的多年年降水量,用多元回归法作出尖岗水文站的年降水量预报模型,并进行检验和评定。
