目的了解深圳坪山区外来女工生殖道感染就医行为状况。方法采用整群随机抽样方法确定研究对象,使用统一问卷,调查患病和就医状况,并利用SPSS19.0软件进行数据分析。结果共调查坪山新区外来女工1480人,31.6%报告近3个月有生殖道感染症状,68.6%出现症状后去过医院就诊。就医的女工中,1周内就诊的占67.9%,97.5%的女工在正规医院或计划生育门诊就诊。不去就诊的女工中,有12.6%选择自己到药店买药吃,30.7%选择自己处理(用洗液冲洗),56.7%的女工对疾病不理会。未就诊的主要原因是“请假不方便”(56.8%)、“认为每个妇女都会有,没有关系”(25.9%)、“不好意思去看病”(23.0%)和“不知道这是病”(21.6%)。因“不好意思去看病”和“不知道这是病”而未去就诊的多为年轻(≤24岁)和/或未婚的女工,而年龄较大或已婚女工报告“认为每个妇女都会有,没有关系”这一原因的人数居多。结论应加强对外来女工尤其年龄较小或未婚女性生殖健康知识教育,提高生殖道感染者的就医意识,促进及时、正确、合理的就医行为。
Objective To understand the medical treatment of migrant female reproductive tract infection in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to determine the subjects. The questionnaires were used to investigate the prevalence and medical conditions. SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 1480 migrant women workers were investigated in Pingshan New District, 31.6% of whom reported symptoms of genital tract infection in recent 3 months. 68.6% of them visited the hospital after symptoms appeared. Among the women workers who received medical treatment, 67.9% of them visited the clinic in one week and 97.5% of the women workers attended the regular hospital or family planning clinic. Among female workers who did not go to the clinic, 12.6% chose to buy medicine at a pharmacy, 30.7% chose to take care of themselves (rinse with a lotion), and 56.7% of women workers ignored the disease. The main reason for not being treated is “inconvenience of leave” (56.8%), “I think every woman will have no relationship” (25.9%), “I am sorry to see a doctor” (23.0% “I do not know if this is sick” (21.6%). Older or younger women (≤24 years) and / or unmarried women who are “ill” and “do not know this is sick”, while older or married women workers report “ There is a lot of people who think that every woman will have no relationship. ” Conclusion The education of reproductive health knowledge of migrant female workers, especially young or unmarried women, should be strengthened so as to improve the medical awareness of those infected with genital tract and promote prompt, correct and reasonable medical treatment.
