目的 为了解UU和MH的耐药状况 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 将临床标本分离的 6株UU与 6株MH分别进行了诱导耐药与交叉耐药试验。结果 TC诱导耐药的UU和MH亦对DOXY耐药 ,但对MC、喹诺酮类药物和大环内酯类药物无明显交叉耐药性。OFLX诱导耐药的UU和MH对CFLX、LMLX耐药 ,但对四环素类药物和大环内酯类药物没有显著的交叉耐药性。结论 耐TC的UU与MH株对DOXY呈现交叉耐药性 ;耐OFLX的UU与MH株对CFLX、LM LX呈现交叉耐药性。
Objective To understand the drug resistance of UU and MH, to guide clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Six strains of UU and six strains of MH isolated from clinical specimens were respectively tested for drug resistance and cross resistance. Results The drug-resistant UU and MH induced by TC were also resistant to DOXY, but no obvious cross-resistance to MC, quinolone and macrolide. OFLX-resistant UU and MH are resistant to CFLX and LMLX but have no significant cross-resistance to tetracyclines and macrolides. Conclusions TCU-resistant UU and MH strains show cross-resistance to DOXY; cross-resistance to CFLX and LM LX is observed between UU and MH strains resistant to OFLX.
