大力加强企业文化建设无疑对加强企业管理,提高职工素质,增强企业凝聚力,推动企业发展起到积极的促进作用。但目前有些企业不能很好地认识和处理企业文化与思想政治工作的关系,往往把企业文化与企业思想政治工作等同起来,用企业文化替代思想政治工作,甚至不恰当地把企业文化置于思想政治工作之上。笔者认为,既不能片面强调某一方面的作用,也不能使两者相互替代,而应把两者有机地结合起来,充分发挥它们各自的优势。
