目的 探讨日本血吸虫卵源性 4 7kDa组分抗原 (SjR4 7抗原 )对血吸虫感染小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 (M)和脾淋巴细胞骨架的保护性效应。方法 应用扫描电镜 (SEM )和免疫电镜 (IEM)观察SjR4 7抗原免疫小鼠体内上述两种细胞骨架超微结构 ,并以感染和正常对照组小鼠作对比。结果 SjR4 7抗原免疫小鼠 ,攻击感染后 10w ,用SEM观察结果 ,两种免疫细胞骨架 ,均与正常对照组鼠的基本相似 ,但与感染对照鼠比较 ,后者的两种免疫细胞绒毛状结构几乎消失 ,显色反应低于其它两组。结论 SjR4 7抗原对日本血吸虫感染小鼠体内免疫细胞骨架超微结构能诱导明显的保护作用 ,使感染小鼠免疫细胞骨架避免或减少受损 ,其分子机制可能与Th1和Th2型细胞因子应答的调节效应相关。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of SjR4 7, an oocyte derived antigen of Schistosoma japonicum, on the peritoneal macrophages (M) and splenic lymphoid cytoskeleton in mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum. Methods The ultrastructures of the two cytoskeletons in mice immunized with SjR4 7 antigen were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and immunoelectron microscopy (IEM), and compared with the normal control mice. Results SjR4 7 antigen immunized mice, attack 10w infection, the results of SEM, the two immune cytoskeleton, were similar to the normal control group mice, but compared with the infected control mice, the latter two kinds of immune cells villous Structure almost disappeared, color reaction was lower than the other two groups. Conclusion The SjR4 7 antigen can induce a significant protective effect on the ultrastructure of immune cytoskeleton in mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum, and the immunosuppressive cytoskeleton in infected mice can be avoided or reduced. The molecular mechanism may be related to Th1 and Th2 cytokine responses Regulatory effect related.
