为了分析并提高用于探测对流层中的水汽和气溶胶含量的激光雷达系统的可靠性,运用故障树分析法建立了系统的故障树模型,采用大型复杂系统可靠性分析软件系统RiskA进行定性分析和定量计算,得到了系统的失效概率,并通过不确定性分析,给出了顶事件的失效概率值在一定置信度内的置信区间。计算了系统底事件的重要度,对其进行了排序,找出了系统易出故障的关键单元并提出了改进措施,为优化系统设计、提高服役周期内的可靠性提供了参考。
In order to analyze and improve the reliability of Lidar system used to detect water vapor and aerosol in troposphere, a fault tree model of the system is established by using fault tree analysis. The system is analyzed and quantified using RiskA, a large complex system reliability analysis software system The probability of failure of the system is obtained. Based on the uncertainty analysis, the confidence interval of the failure probability of the top event within a certain confidence level is given. The importance of system events is calculated and ordered. The key elements of the system are found to be out of order and the improvement measures are put forward, which provides a reference for optimizing the system design and improving the reliability during service period.
