本文采用耦合模理论分析了y切Ti:LiNbO_3平面光波导电光调制器的调相原理,推导出与调制电压频率有关的半波电压公式,并且详细计算了调制电场的分布以及半波电压值,其结果与文献报导的实验相符合。
