ZK60板材在旋转速率800 r/min、焊接速度120 mm/min下进行搅拌摩擦焊接,然后对焊接板材在200~400℃进行退火处理。结果表明,热处理可提高焊后接头的力学性能。在200℃退火后焊接接头的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到最大值236 MPa和7.2%,随退火温度的继续升高,焊接接头的抗拉强度和伸长率有所下降。TMAZ微观组织由均匀细小转变为粗大的再结晶晶粒(平均晶粒尺寸5~18μm),这种组织的演变导致了力学性能的下降。
The ZK60 sheet is subjected to friction stir welding at a rotating speed of 800 r / min and a welding speed of 120 mm / min, and then the welded sheet is annealed at 200-400 ° C. The results show that heat treatment can improve the mechanical properties of welded joint. After annealing at 200 ℃, the tensile strength and elongation of welded joints reached the maximum of 236 MPa and 7.2% respectively. With the continuous increase of annealing temperature, the tensile strength and elongation of welded joints decreased.
