随着社会的发展,经济的需求,事业单位经营体制也发生了巨大的变化。信息与人才的管理也同样在事业单位得到了体现。那么作为信息与人才的载体——档案管理工作也倍加受到重视。因为档案载入了历史的重大事件与背景以及人才的成长经历,所以档案管理工作具有政策性、机密性、专业性等特点。在当前经济运行低迷下,事业单位也面临着重大的经济、人事、体制的改革。那么如何加强档案管理工作,从而对事业单位在人力、物力、财力等方面有效的整合给予极大的支持与协助,最终使事业单位的改革顺利进行,这是档案管理人员的责任与义务。本人想根据自己工作的体会谈谈这方面的肤浅看法,仅供参考。
With the development of society and the demand of economy, great changes have taken place in the management system of public institutions. The management of information and personnel is also reflected in the institutions. Then as a carrier of information and talent - file management also doubled attention. Because the files are loaded with historical events and backgrounds as well as the growth experience of qualified personnel, the management of files has the characteristics of policy, confidentiality and professionalism. In the current economic downturn, institutions are also facing major economic, personnel and institutional reforms. So how to strengthen the file management work, so that the institutional units in the human, material and financial resources and effective aspects of the integration of great support and assistance, and ultimately make the reform of institutions smoothly, which is the file manager’s responsibility and obligation. I would like to talk about the superficial views in this respect based on the experience of my own work and are for reference only.
