本文介绍了地理信息系统(GIS)在现代水利也就是水利信息化建设中起到的至关重要的作用,尤其是在防洪减灾、实时水雨情分析和旱情监测、水利水电工程建设规划等方面。其中重点阐述了利用GIS的空间数据管理能力、空间数据处理能力和空间分析能力为各类应用模型提供数据,优化模型数参数,使其防汛信息以及决策方案可视化表示,在现代水利防洪减灾方面提供决策支持;同时利用GIS的历史数据管理和实时数据的动态加载功能、信息的空间与属性双向查询功能、空间数据的叠加与综合处理为现代水利提供了空间决策支持。
This article describes the crucial role that geographic information systems (GIS) play in modern water conservancy, that is, the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, especially in flood control and disaster mitigation, real-time rainfall and rainfall monitoring and drought and water conservancy and hydropower projects.
