提出了一种从CIF恢复到全电视信号的方法,这种方法使用了乒乓结构和查表形式,在这种结构的基础上可以扩展出画中画和汉字叠加等功能。同时还可以在信道发生误码时对错误帧进行掩盖.本文还对其中—些可以采用多种方法实现的部分作了实验和比较.对于QCIF,MPEG-1的SIF以及MPEG-2中的多种格式只需作很少的改动就能适用.因此可以广泛地应用于数字电视会议、数字监视和数字视盘等系统中.本文所描述的方法已用于实际的多个系统,具有很强的稳定住和可靠性。
A method of recovering from CIF to full TV signal is proposed. This method uses a ping-pong structure and a look-up table. On the basis of this structure, functions such as picture-in-picture and overlay of Chinese characters can be extended. The error frame can also be masked when a channel error occurs. The article also makes some experiments and comparisons among them, which can be implemented in many ways. For QCIF, the MPEG-1 SIF and MPEG-2 formats can be used with only minor changes. It can be widely used in digital video conferencing, digital surveillance and digital video disc systems. The method described in this article has been used in many real-world systems with robustness and reliability.
