通过W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢在25kg中频感应炉内的氧化脱磷试验,研究分析了高速钢氧化脱磷渣系的效果及影响因素。结果表明,用BaO系渣在钢液低硅、低钒以及熔渣具有合适的碱度和氧活度时,脱磷率可达30%以上。
Through the oxidative dephosphorization test of W9Mo3Cr4V high speed steel in 25kg medium frequency induction furnace, the effect and influencing factors of high speed steel oxidation dephosphorization slag system were analyzed. The results show that the dephosphorization rate of BaO-based slag can reach more than 30% when the low silicon, low vanadium and slag have suitable alkalinity and oxygen activity.
