为研究飞机座舱引气温度扰动对座舱温度及舒适性的影响,在波音737飞机五排模拟座舱中分别采用天花板和天花板+侧壁两种送风形式进行座舱温度扰动实验。改变座舱引气温度,测量座舱总体和局部温度变化过程并简单评价了座舱的热舒适性。结果表明:引气状态相同,天花板送风对应的温度扰动值为0.32℃,天花板+侧壁对应的温度扰动值为0.59℃。两种送风形式所对应的座舱内总体温度平均值基本相等,为23.5℃,而天花板+侧壁送风形式使局部位置温度更接近人体舒适感觉温度范围。
In order to study the influence of air temperature of cockpit on the temperature and comfort of cockpit, the cockpit temperature fluctuation experiment was carried out in five rows of cockpit of Boeing 737 using ceiling and ceiling + sidewall respectively. Changing the cockpit bleed air temperature, measuring the cockpit overall and local temperature change process and simply evaluating the cockpit thermal comfort. The results show that the temperature perturbation value corresponding to ceiling air blowing is 0.32 ℃, and the temperature perturbation value of ceiling + side wall is 0.59 ℃. The two air supply forms correspond to the average overall cabin temperature is equal to 23.5 ℃, while the ceiling + side air supply form the local location temperature closer to human comfortable feeling temperature range.
