水锤使管内的压力和机械的运转状态产生周期性的变化,对管路和阀门危害很大。水锤压力的防止和消除是长压力管路合理设计和安全运转中的重要问题。本文就管路中的水锤现象进行了较全面的分析。由水锤引起的压力上升到某一程度时,使管路破坏。为减小水锤的破坏作用,文内举出用普通形式的缓冲室,单向缓冲室、空气室、吸气阀、安装飞轮,减小管路里的流速等措施减弱水锤。
Water hammer to make the pressure inside the tube and the mechanical state of operation have cyclical changes in the pipeline and valves a great harm. The prevention and elimination of water hammer pressure is an important issue in the reasonable design and safe operation of long pressure pipeline. This article conducts a more comprehensive analysis of water hammer phenomenon in the pipeline. When the pressure caused by the water hammer rises to a certain extent, the pipeline is destroyed. In order to reduce the damaging effect of water hammer, the article cites the ordinary form of the buffer chamber, one-way buffer chamber, air chamber, suction valve, the installation of flywheel, reduce the flow rate in the pipeline and other measures to reduce water hammer.
