为明确西南高原生态区玉米地方品种的抗病性,采用人工接种的方法,对73份玉米地方品种进行瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病的抗病性鉴定。结果表明:参试品种中具有丰富的抗病资源,有14个品种对瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病均表现出较高抗性,有44个品种对其中一种病有抗性,有13个品种对瘤黑粉病和丝黑穗病均感病。由此表明,西南高原生态玉米地方品种有大量抗病种质资源,值得进一步改良利用。
In order to clarify the disease resistance of maize landraces in the ecological zone of Southwest Plateau, the disease resistance of 73 maize landraces was evaluated by artificial inoculation. The results showed that the tested cultivars were rich in disease-resistant resources. Fourteen cultivars showed high resistance to both smut and head smut. Forty-four cultivars were resistant to one disease Thirteen cultivars were susceptible to both rickets and head smut. This shows that a large number of local varieties of resistant corn germplasm resources in the Southwest Plateau are worth further improvement and utilization.
