针对我国水泥混凝土路面设计与施工中很少关注在刚性基层和水泥混凝土面层之间设置功能层等相关问题,通过动态分析有限元方法,揭示了设置功能层的刚性基层水泥混凝土路面结构在车辆动态荷载作用下,各因素对力学响应的影响程度。并采用灰色关联分析,对各因素的影响程度进行了定量分析。结果表明:对路面结构力学响应的影响顺序依次为面层厚度>基层厚度>面层模量>功能层模量>基层模量>功能层厚度>地基模量>行车速度,最后通过回归分析得到了路面结构力学响应的计算公式。
In the design and construction of cement concrete pavement in our country, little attention has been paid to the related problems of setting functional layer between rigid base and cement concrete surface. The dynamic analysis of finite element method has revealed that the rigid base concrete pavement structure with functional layer can be used in vehicle Dynamic load under the influence of various factors on the mechanical response. Gray relational analysis was used to quantitatively analyze the influence of each factor. The results show that the order of influence on the mechanical response of pavement is as follows: surface layer thickness> base layer thickness> surface layer modulus> functional layer modulus> base layer modulus> functional layer thickness> base modulus> driving speed, and finally obtained by regression analysis The calculation formula of mechanical response of pavement structure.
