目的:了解镇江市区医院污水处理情况,分析污水处理过程中存在的问题,为制订相应措施提供参考。方法:自行设计调查表,调查市区22家医院污水处理的基本情况。采集处理后的污水样品,按GB 18466-2005检测粪大肠菌群数、pH、化学需氧量、生化需氧量、悬浮物、氨氮和总余氯。结果:医院排放污水的检测合格率为54.6%;三级医院污水排放全部合格;二级医院数量较多,占调查医院总数的77.3%,其排放污水的合格率为58.8%。结论:医院排放的污水质量与医院规模、处理工艺、消毒剂及投入方式、日常管理等密切相关。镇江市部分医院的污水处理设施应重新改造,并加强日常管理,确保医院污水达标排放。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the sewage treatment situation of Zhenjiang urban hospital, to analyze the existing problems in the sewage treatment process and to provide a reference for formulating the corresponding measures. Methods: To design a questionnaire to investigate the basic situation of sewage treatment in 22 hospitals in urban area. Sewage samples collected after treatment, according to GB 18466-2005 detection coliform bacteria population, pH, COD, BOD, suspended solids, ammonia nitrogen and total residual chlorine. Results: The qualified rate of sewage discharged by the hospital was 54.6%. The sewage discharged by tertiary hospitals was all qualified. The number of secondary hospitals was large, accounting for 77.3% of the total number of hospitals surveyed. The passing rate of discharged sewage was 58.8%. Conclusion: The quality of effluent discharged by the hospital is closely related to the hospital scale, treatment process, disinfectant, input method and daily management. Some hospitals in Zhenjiang sewage treatment facilities should be re-transformed, and to strengthen day-to-day management to ensure that the hospital effluent discharge standards.
