作者从美国加里佛尼亚州获得桦木科俄雷冈桤木(Alnus oregona)~*的茎皮,将其氯仿提取物,用Sprague大鼠作试验,结果对肌肉型瓦克氏256癌肉瘤(5 WA 16)有抗肿瘤作用。氯仿提取物经Ⅲ级中性氧化铝柱层析共分离得六个部分,其中C和F部分成分单一。C部分经熔点、质谱、核磁共振、红外、旋光等分析鉴定为羽扇醇(Lupeol)。 F部分及其二乙酸酯衍生物,经熔点、核磁共振、红外等分析鉴定为白桦酯醇(Betulin)。E部分主要由β-谷甾醇组成,因已知β-谷甾醇对5WA 16肿瘤只有临界活性,故未再试验。
The authors obtained the stem bark of Alnus oregona ~ * from Betulaceae, California. The chloroform extract was tested in Sprague rats and the results were validated on Muscovy Walker 256 Carcinosarcoma 5 WA 16) has anti-tumor effects. The chloroform extracts were separated into six fractions by grade Ⅲ neutral alumina column chromatography, in which the components of C and F were single. Part C was identified as lupeol by melting point, mass spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared, optical rotation and the like. Part F and its diacetate derivatives were identified as Betulin by melting point, nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared analysis and the like. Part E consists mainly of β-sitosterol, since β-sitosterol is known to have only a marginal activity against 5WA 16 tumors and was therefore not tested.
