文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、综合分析法等研究方法,对山西省田径运动教练员队伍现状进行深入的研究和细致的分析。研究结果表明:(1)山西省田径后备教练员的年龄结构比较合理,其中以30-39岁的教练员和40-49的教练员为主体,分别占到调查总数的36.1%和33.3%;教练员的学历结构以本科学历为主,研究生学历的没有;教练员的职称大多数是初、中级,高级职称较少。(2)山西省田径后备教练员对待田径训练的态度很认真的和比较认真的占到了大多数,但仍有19.4%的教练员对待工作的态度不积极;教练员对于体育科研很有兴趣,不过大部分教练员科研的目的有些功利为了自己的职务晋升,具备相应的科研能力,岗位培训基本能满足教练员的需求;但是,参加学术活动交流的次数较少,有三分之一的教练员没有参加过学术活动,教练员外语和计算机能力不高。文章为山西省田径运动教练员的选拔和培养提供相关资料和数据,从而为进一步推动山西省田径运动的发展提供理论和实践依据。
In this paper, using the methods of literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and comprehensive analysis, the article makes an in-depth study and detailed analysis of the status quo of coaches in track and field in Shanxi Province. The results show that: (1) The age structure of track and field backup coaches in Shanxi Province is quite reasonable, of which 30-39 coaches and 40-49 coaches are the main body, accounting for 36.1% and 33.3% of the total; The academic qualifications of coaches mainly undergraduate education, graduate education is not; coaches most of the titles of early, intermediate, less senior titles. (2) Shanxi track and field reserve coaches treat track and field training very seriously and relatively seriously accounted for the majority, but there are still 19.4% of coaches to work attitude is not active; coaches are interested in sports research, However, the purpose of most coaches research is somewhat utilitarian for their own job promotion, with appropriate research capabilities, job training basic to meet the needs of coaches; however, to participate in academic exchanges less frequently, one-third of coaches Members did not participate in academic activities, coaches foreign languages and computer skills is not high. This article provides relevant materials and data for the selection and training of track and field athletes in Shanxi Province, and thus provides theoretical and practical basis for further promoting the development of track and field in Shanxi Province.
