1990年以前生产的福格勒摊铺机采用的是S／FM系列集中润滑系统,如图1所不。该系统由机械驱动(链条),没有分配器,它的供油量是由人工进行调节的。当机器开始工作时,应先将油泵出油口处调节螺钉的间隙调至最大(3mm),待机器运转后再将供油量逐渐调小,以便每个润滑点得到所需的油脂量。需减少供油量时,顺时针方向转动调节螺钉;需增加油量时,逆时针转动调节螺钉,但螺钉不要打死,最小间隙应不低于0．5 mm。机器使用一段时间后,链条受力后拉长,超过要求时应调整链条:松开润滑泵的锁紧螺钉,将泵轴向前移适当的距离,通常情况以用拇指能压下5～6mm为宜。
The VÖGELE pavers manufactured before 1990 use the S / FM series of centralized lubrication systems, as shown in Figure 1. The system is mechanically driven (chain) without a distributor and its fuel supply is manually adjusted. When the machine begins to work, adjust the clearance of the adjusting screw at the oil outlet of the oil pump to the maximum (3mm), and then gradually reduce the oil supply after the machine runs so as to obtain the desired amount of grease at each lubricating point. To reduce the fuel supply, turn the adjustment screw clockwise; increase the amount of oil, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise, but the screw should not be killed, the minimum clearance should not be less than 0.5 mm. After the machine is used for a period of time, the chain is elongated after being stressed. When the requirement is exceeded, the chain should be adjusted: Loosen the lock screw of the lubrication pump and move the pump shaft forward a proper distance, usually 5 ~ 6mm It is advisable.
