氟离子选择电极,除直接电位法测氟外,用间接法也能测定铝、稀土、硅、钙、镁、铁等。为了适应生产需要,我们用氟离子电极对稀土合金中稀土总量的测定进行了试验。根据试验结果,初步拟定了分析方法。一、方法要点样品用氢氧化钠熔融,干扰元素Fe~(3+),Al~(3+),Zr~(4+),Ti~(4+)用磺基水杨酸、乙酰丙酮各2毫升消除,在PH≌3.8,60%的乙醇介质中,用氟电极作指示电极,饱和氯化钾甘汞电极参作比电极,用标准氟化钠进行电位滴定。
