目的:建立喉康散中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量的测定方法。方法:以甲醇-水(52∶48)为流动相,Dikma C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,检测波长分别为225与254 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯分别在浓度为0.0247~0.395 mg/mL、0.0244~0.390 mg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为98.81%,RSD为1.785%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速,分离度好,其他成分无干扰,测定结果准确可靠,可用于喉康散中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in LJF. Methods: The mobile phase was Dikma C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water (52:48) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 225 and 254 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. RESULTS: The concentrations of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.0247-0.393 mg / mL and 0.0244-0.390 mg / mL, respectively, with the average recoveries of 98.81% and RSD of 1.785% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, good separation, no interference with other components, the determination of the results is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide.
