一、临床资料:胞二磷胆碱治疗组男27例,女19例,对照组男16例,女10例,年龄40～59岁。病程自发病至治疗时间3小时至3年不等。两组病程对照无显著性差异。依据意识障碍及瘫痪程度分为轻,中,重度。轻度肌力为Ⅳ级,其中治疗组10例,对照组5例。中度肌力为Ⅱ—Ⅲ级,其中治疗组20例,对照组9例,重度肌力为0—Ⅰ
First, clinical data: citicoline treatment group, 27 males and 19 females, control group of 16 males and 10 females, aged 40 to 59 years. Course of disease from onset to treatment of 3 hours to 3 years. There was no significant difference between two groups in disease course control. According to the degree of consciousness and paralysis is divided into mild, moderate and severe. Mild muscular strength was grade Ⅳ, including 10 cases in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group. Moderate muscular strength was grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ, including 20 cases in the treatment group and 9 cases in the control group. The severity of muscle strength was 0-Ⅰ
