为研究宫颈解脲支原体(UU)与沙眼衣原体(CT)感染与先兆流产的关系,对63例先兆流产要求保胎者和40例正常妊娠者取宫颈分泌物,用PCR技术对UU、CT感染进行研究,同时取先兆流产患者宫颈分泌物进行UU培养和药敏试验。结果:先兆流产组UU—DNA、CT—DNA阳性率分别为50.8%,31.7%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。先兆流产组UU—DNA与CT—DNA复合阳性率15.8%。UU培养阳性率46.0%,与PCR法UU—DNA检出率相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)结果显示,宫颈UU和(或)CT感染与先兆流产密切相关,是导致先兆流产的病因之一。
To study the relationship between cervical Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection and threatened abortion, cervical secretions were obtained from 63 spontaneous abortions and 40 normal pregnancies. UU and CT were detected by PCR Study, at the same time take the cervical secretions of patients with threatened abortion UU culture and drug sensitivity test. Results: The positive rates of UU-DNA and CT-DNA in threatened abortion group were 50.8% and 31.7% respectively, which were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). The positive rate of UU-DNA and CT-DNA in threatened abortion group was 15.8%. The positive rate of UU culture was 46.0%, which was not significantly different from the detection rate of UU-DNA by PCR (P> 0.05). The results showed that UU and / or CT infection of cervix was closely related to threatened abortion and was the cause of threatened abortion one.
