通过1-萘乙腈在酸催化下合成1-萘乙酸,进而与乙醇发生酯化反应合成1-萘乙酸乙酯。考察了不同酸浓度及酸体系对1-萘乙腈水解反应的影响,确定混合酸H2SO4∶HOAc∶H2O=1∶1∶1(V%)为最佳酸催化体系;同时考察了酸醇质量体积比对酯化反应的影响,确定了酸醇质量体积比为1∶3;并对产物进行了红外结构分析,确定合成的为目标化合物。
The 1-naphthaleneacetic acid was synthesized by 1-naphthaleneacetonitrile under acid catalysis, and then ethyl 1-naphthylacetate was synthesized through esterification with ethanol. The effects of acid concentration and acid system on the hydrolysis of 1-naphthaleneacetonitrile were investigated. The optimal acid-catalysis system of H2SO4:HOAc:H2O = 1: 1:1 (V%) was determined. Compared with the esterification reaction, the mass ratio of acid to alcohol was determined to be 1: 3. The structure of the product was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy to determine the target compound.
