[目的]探讨肺炎支原体(MP)IgM抗体、气管分泌物肺炎支原体DNA在肺炎支原体肺炎中的快速诊断意义。[方法]对2009年1~12月收治的100例气管分泌物肺炎支原体DNA阳性的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,采血测肺炎支原体IgM抗体并进行组间比较。[结果]在100例气管分泌物肺炎支原体DNA阳性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中检出肺炎支原体IgM48例(阳性率为48%)。[结论]气管分泌物肺炎支原体DNA用于诊断肺炎支原体肺炎快速,结合肺炎支原体IgM抗体诊断价值高。
[Objective] To explore the rapid diagnostic significance of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) IgM antibody and tracheal secretions Mycoplasma pneumonia DNA in Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. [Methods] From January to December 2009, 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae mycoplasma pneumonia who were infected with tracheal secretions of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were enrolled in this study. Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibodies were collected and compared among groups. [Results] 48 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM were detected in 100 cases of tracheal secretions of Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA-positive Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (the positive rate was 48%). [Conclusion] The tracheal secretions Mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA is used to diagnose Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia rapidly, and it has a high diagnostic value in combination with Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody.
