用苯酸-硫酸法进行了油松果多糖的含量测定,并考察了苯酚与浓硫酸的用量及反应温度等因素时显色反应的影响,最大吸收波长490nm,测得多糖在10~70μg/ml的浓度范围内与吸收度呈线性关系(r=0.9999n=6),平均回收率为99.9%,变异系数为1.2%,最低检测浓度为0.5μg/ml。
The content of pinecones polysaccharides was determined by the benzoic acid-sulfuric acid method. The influence of the color reaction when the amount of phenol and concentrated sulfuric acid was used and the reaction temperature and other factors were examined. The maximum absorption wavelength was 490 nm, and the polysaccharide was measured at 10 to 70 μg/mL. The linear relationship between the concentration of ml and the absorbance (r=0.9999n=6), the average recovery was 99.9%, the coefficient of variation was 1.2%, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.5 μg/ml.
