目的对某新建脑卒中中心的两台DSA进行验收检测并对工作场所进行放射防护调查。方法根据国家相关标准和操作规范使用经剂量检定的仪器设备对两台DSA进行验收检测,使用相关设备测量环境剂量率。结果两台DSA相关验收指标均符合国家相关标准,防护设施基本到位,环境辐射水平低于国家标准要求。结论该中心的两台DSA验收合格,环境辐射水平达标,但应注意加强患者防护和医疗工作人员的眼晶体防护。
Objective To conduct acceptance testing of two DSAs in a newly-built stroke center and conduct radiological investigations of the workplace. Methods According to relevant national standards and practices, the two DSAs were tested for acceptance using the instrumented equipment and the relevant equipment was used to measure the environmental dose rate. Results The relevant acceptance criteria of the two DSA were in line with the relevant national standards, the protection facilities were basically in place and the environmental radiation level was lower than the national standard. Conclusion The DSA’s two DSAs have passed the acceptance test and the environmental radiation level has reached the standard. However, attention should be paid to the enhancement of eye protection of patient protection and medical staff.
