介绍了稀土系蠕化处理工艺及蠕化处理后的孕育处理工艺，该工艺经济、简便易行，配合炉前检验与控制手段，就能用含硫较高（０．０５～０．０７％Ｓ）的冲天炉铁水稳定地生产蠕墨铸铁件。
This paper introduces the treatment of rare earth system of vermiculite and inoculation after the treatment of vermiculite. The process is economical, simple and easy to use, with the test and control means before furnace, it can be used with high sulfur content (0.05 ~ 0.07% S) Cupola hot metal production of vermicular graphite iron parts.
