语用能力是运用语言进行交际的能力,提高学生的英语语用能力是大学英语教学的重要教学任务。在现实教学中,很多师生容易混淆语言语用能力和社交语用能力,导致很多原本可以用母语快速有效传达的信息,一定要用英语传达,增加了学生的学习难度和畏难情绪。原本需要加强的语言语用能力得不到应有的重视。语用能力的实质是在相应的语境下准确地理解别人和表达自己,作者认为大学生具备了领悟社交规则的能力。本国与英语国家社会交际中的习俗差别,可以通过母语明示使其理解。常说的所谓的大学生语用能力不强,是指其听说能力不够,会填空选择,不善于听说。提高语言语用能力,应该放在语用能力的提高的核心位置上来。
Pragmatic competence is the ability to use the language to communicate, improve students’ English pragmatic competence is an important teaching task in college English teaching. In reality teaching, many teachers and students can easily confuse language pragmatic competence and social pragmatic competence, resulting in many original information that can be quickly and effectively communicated in their native language. They must be conveyed in English, which increases students’ difficulty in learning and fear. The original need to strengthen the language pragmatic competence not due due attention. The essence of pragmatic competence is to understand others correctly and express themselves in the corresponding context. The author thinks that college students have the ability to comprehend social rules. Conventional differences in social communication between the home country and the English-speaking countries can be understood through their mother tongue. The so-called so-called college students pragmatic ability is not strong, it means that they do not hear enough of the ability to fill in the blank choice, not good at hearing. The improvement of language pragmatic competence should be placed at the core of the improvement of pragmatic competence.
