目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)和雪貂螺杆菌(Helicobactermustelae,Hm)的脂多糖对人类血型抗原的表达。方法应用酶联免疫吸附分析、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和免疫印迹法,利用LewisX/Y抗体以及血型抗原、抗体对Hp和Hm进行血清学标定,并对脂多糖的生物化学结构进行分析。结果Hp表达LewisX和LewisY,而Hm表达血型抗原A,血清学结果与免疫印迹结果一致。结论Hm与Hp有诸多生物学共性,两者都表达人类血型抗原,进一步支持Hm感染雪貂可能是模拟人Hp感染较为理想的动物模型。
Objective To study the expression of human blood group antigen of lipopolysaccharide of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and Helicobacter pylori (Hm). Methods Serological calibration of Hp and Hm was performed by ELISA, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and Western blotting. The biochemical structure of lipopolysaccharide was analyzed by Lewis X / Y antibody and blood group antigen. Results Hp expressed LewisX and LewisY, whereas Hm expressed blood group A antigen. The serological results were consistent with the results of western blotting. Conclusions Hm and Hp have many biological universals, both of which express human blood group antigens. Further support for Hm-infected ferrets may be an ideal animal model for simulating human Hp infection.
