采煤机的牵引速度、截割头滚筒转速以及截割深度是影响综采工作面产尘浓度大小的重要工作参数,通过现场试验数据综合分析采煤机在牵引速度、截割头滚筒转速以及截割深度不同工况下产尘量的变化,得到使粉尘浓度达到最低的各项参数的最佳匹配值;在截割深度一定的情况下,采用模糊PID控制方法实现采煤机牵引速度和截割头滚筒转速自适应调节,实现采煤机在不同工况下恒功率作业,提高采煤机的工作效率,延长了截割头的使用寿命,同时保证了截割头产尘浓度的最小化,大大提高了综采工作面的安全性。
