实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)是新近发展的一项技术,是超声技术领域内的新突破。RT-3DE能观察小儿心脏瓣膜的立体形态,可以显示心脏和大血管的空间方位和连接关系,显示深部心壁与房、室间隔的整体形态。通过三维空间结构对小儿先天性心脏病缺损的定量和复杂先天性心脏病提供更准确的空间解剖信息。RT-3DE可分区计测小儿局部心功能,获得心动周期中各个节段的容量变化信息。
Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) is a newly developed technology and a new breakthrough in the field of ultrasound technology. RT-3DE can observe the three-dimensional morphology of pediatric heart valve, showing the spatial orientation and connection of the heart and large blood vessels, showing the overall shape of the deep heart wall and atrioventricular septum. Through the three-dimensional spatial structure of congenital heart defects in children with quantitative and complicated congenital heart disease to provide more accurate spatial anatomical information. RT-3DE can measure regional heart function in children and obtain the information of capacity changes of each segment in cardiac cycle.
