调查数据显示,国内外中小学教师都存在不同程度的心理健康问题。对照分析武汉市与新加坡中小学教师心理健康状况,借鉴新加坡相关政策措施,我们得到如下启示提高教师收入水平,改善教师的经济与物质条件;倡导尊师重教风气,提高教师社会地位;减轻教师工作压力,丰富教师业余生活;引导教师自我评估,改善教师心理状态;倡导和谐氛围,协调教师人际关系。在教师心理支持系统方面,要帮助教师学会自助;改善教师生活内外围环境;成立教师心理健康服务中心;建立教师甄别筛选制度。
Survey data show that primary and secondary school teachers at home and abroad have different levels of mental health problems. By analyzing the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers in Wuhan City and Singapore and using the relevant policies and measures in Singapore, we get the following enlightenment to improve the income level of teachers and improve teachers ’economic and material conditions; to advocate respecting teachers and improving teachers’ social status; Work pressure, enrich teacher amateur life; guide teachers to self-assessment, improve teachers ’psychological status; advocate harmonious atmosphere and coordinate teachers’ interpersonal relationships. In teacher psychological support system, we should help teachers learn to help themselves; improve the internal and external environment of teachers’ life; set up teacher mental health service center; and establish teacher screening screening system.
